When I was very young, my dad would teach there in the summers and we would come for vacation to visit. Those early memories are of Patrick's Point & Agate beach, the music building at HSU, and our friends in Arcata who lived in a couple of geodesic domes. That is when we moved to Oregon and had a farm near Rogue River. We ended up living most of the time in Ashland, Or.
